CBI Wood Processing System

Electric, Continental Biomass (CBI) wood processing system. Three hogs, star screen, over band magnet, splitter/diverter chute, debarked/fines separator, various infeed, transport and discharge conveyors. Even includes an electric Rotobec grapple (stick/boom) with shear and cab.  The 6060 Hercules is set up with twin 500 electric motors. There are TWO 5060 Grindalls.   One has twin 500’s and the other has 1000 hp DC motor. All hogs have 30 hammers each. The system was built in stages and will have varying hours/age. The installations dates are 2012, 2016 and 2018. Hours are not known at this time but everything was operating when shut down. Electric switching panels and soft starts available. Close to 1000 feet of conveyors. Several thousands of dollars in hammers, hammer hardware, cutter bars, wear plates, 12 sets of screens (2″ square and a larger square size for primary grind), conveyor pulleys, conveyor gearboxes, bearings, drive belts, sheaves, parts, etc. Contact Us for additional photos.
